This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the services provided by Anytime Server Support (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to comply with it. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of services.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use our services to engage in, promote or support any activity that:
- Breaks any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
- Infringes intellectual property or other rights of others
- Involves illegal distribution or use of copyrighted software, media or data
- Spreads viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware or other malicious code
- Attempts unauthorised access to networks, servers or data
- Launches denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or network probing
- Collects personal data without consent
- Involves phishing, spoofing or fraud
- Hosts, distributes or links to adult content, hate speech or discriminatory material
- Promotes violence, terrorism or illegal arms trafficking
2. Email and communication
- You must not send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or bulk email without proper opt-in consent.
- Using our email systems for phishing, spoofing or misrepresentation is prohibited.
- We may monitor email usage patterns to enforce anti-spam rules.
3. Security and resource usage
- You must not disrupt the integrity or performance of our infrastructure or systems.
- You may not try to get around security measures or probe our networks for vulnerabilities.
- Excessive resource use that degrades service for others may be limited.
4. Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content hosted, transmitted or received through your account, including websites, data, applications and files on servers we manage. We are not liable for customer content that breaks this policy or the rights of others.
5. Related agreements
This AUP should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any Service Level Agreement. A violation of this policy may also breach those agreements.
6. Enforcement
- We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including suspension or termination.
- In serious cases we may notify law enforcement or cooperate with investigations.
- Where possible, we will notify you and give you the chance to respond or fix the issue.
7. Changes to this policy
We may revise this AUP from time to time. The updated version is posted here with its date. Continued use of our services means you accept it.

Indian law
For clients in India this policy applies together with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and CERT-In directions. We report cyber-security incidents to CERT-In where the law requires it.
