What we look for

Skills matter. Attitude matters more.

Comfort with the Linux command line (or a strong wish to get there)
Calm under pressure when a client’s site is down
Clear written English for tickets and reports
Curiosity: you read logs before you restart things
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including some nights and weekends
Certifications (RHCSA, LFCS, AWS, Azure, CCNA) are a plus, not a must
