This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data Anytime Server Support (“we”) collects through in.anytimeserver.support, why, how long we keep it and how you can use your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). For this website we are the Data Fiduciary; you are the Data Principal. Version: 27 September 2026.

2. What we collect, and why
- Enquiry, audit and chat forms: your name, email, phone / WhatsApp number (optional) and your message, plus the page you sent it from. Purpose: to reply to you and provide the help you asked for.
- Checkout (online payments): your name, email, phone, GSTIN (optional) and any notes. Razorpay processes the payment itself; we receive only the payment ID, the method used and, for UPI, your UPI ID. We never see your card number, bank password or UPI PIN. Purpose: to deliver the service you bought and issue your GST invoice.
- Live chat (only if you open it): your messages and, if you give them, your name and email. Purpose: to answer you in real time.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and approximate country (from Cloudflare). Purpose: security, stopping spam and fraud, and showing you the right regional site.
- Server access you share with us (SSH, control panel or hosting logins). Purpose: only to do the work you asked for. We ask you to change them when the job is done.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Your consent
Every form on this site has a consent box that you tick yourself before sending. By ticking it you agree to us using the details in that form for the purpose shown above, and nothing else. Consent is not required to browse the site.
Some records we must keep by law even after you withdraw consent, such as invoices and payment records under GST and income-tax law. These are “legitimate uses” under Section 7 of the DPDP Act.
4. Cookies and similar storage
We use only essential cookies. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

- Session storage (not a cookie): the campaign tag of your visit, deleted when you close the tab.
You can delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site keeps working without them.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and our services, under contracts that require them to protect your data (“Data Processors”):
- Cloudflare: network, security and performance.
- Razorpay: payment processing (checkout only).
- Our own mail server and our self-hosted live-chat system (operated by our group company Tessovate Technologies): to receive and answer your messages.
- BookAMeet: only if you choose to book a call.
We share data with government authorities only when the law requires it. Some providers (such as Cloudflare) may process data outside India, as permitted under the DPDP Act.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and chats: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client, invoice and payment records: 8 years, as required by GST and income-tax law.
- Security and access logs: at least 1 year, as required by the DPDP Rules, 2025.
- Server credentials you share: deleted when the job ends.
After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- Correct, complete or update it;
- Erase it, where we no longer need it or are not required by law to keep it;
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you;
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected] (subject “DPDP request”) or WhatsApp +91 76769 02281. Tell us what you want and the email or phone number you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We acknowledge grievances promptly and resolve them within the time allowed by the DPDP Rules (currently no later than 90 days). If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Security and breaches
We protect data with encryption in transit, firewalls, access controls and regular audits. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
10. Children
This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
11. Language and changes
This notice is in English. You can ask us for a copy in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India. If we change this notice, we will update the version date above and, for material changes, tell you before using your data in a new way.
